The Client’s Bill of Rights

Most people come to us tired — of ads, of deals that change after signing, of costs that turn up later, of being sold things they never asked for. So here is what you get from us, in writing. Every line below is something you can check, and something you can hold us to.

You own it. All of it.

Your domain is registered in your name. If you would rather we set it up for you, we will — and we will transfer it into your name whenever you ask. Every file, every photograph, every password belongs to you, and you can have a copy of all of it today just by asking. Anything we hold about you or your customers stays between us — we never sell it, share it or trade it.

You can leave whenever you want, and we’ll help you pack.

No contract, no notice period, no charge for going. Ask, and you get a complete copy of your website — everything anyone would need to run it somewhere else. We’ll talk to whoever takes it over.

One price. In eighteen years it has never gone up.

$149 a month, for as long as you’re satisfied. Nothing to set up, nothing to build, nothing for the preview. The only time it has ever moved, it moved down. And your price will never go up.

We will never sell you something you don’t need.

No packages, no tiers, no add-ons appearing at renewal. If you ask us for something and we think it won’t earn its keep, we’ll say so before we put a price on it.

We will never promise you a Google ranking.

Nobody can, and anyone who does is guessing with your money. What we do is build your site so Google can read it, set up your Business Profile and Search Console, and show you the real numbers — including the months they don’t move.

There are two backups, and one of them is yours for the asking.

Our hosting service backs up the entire server. We keep a second copy, off their system entirely, on a drive in our office. A spare key in the same drawer is not a spare key.

You hear it from us first — including when it costs us.

If we make a mistake, you’ll hear about it from us before you find it yourself. If we’re not sure we can help you, we’ll say so the same day. Sometimes the answer is that you don’t need a new website, and we’ll tell you that too.

A person answers — and if we’re ever not here, you still have everything.

You call a number and get someone who knows your business. No ticket, no queue, no script. And because the domain is yours and you hold a copy of everything, your website does not depend on us being around to keep it.
